WELCOME TO THE MENNOUR FAMILY!
Mennour gallery is happy to launch the “Mennour family”, a programme of guided tours for children from 6-12 years old. Conceived and led by Anette Robinson, a national museum lecturer and an expert for young audiences, these tours allow visitors to discover our exhibitions from a child’s point of view, for a moment of exchange between all ages.
“Transmission has always been at the heart of my approach. With the launch of this family programme, I want to tell all generations that the gallery is an open and lively space, a place for sharing.”
—Kamel Mennour
“This programme comes from the deep conviction that the mission of the gallery is to speak to everyone and to bring together the works of our time and the public, in the most accessible way possible. We have a role to play.”
—Sylvie Patry
The family guided tours are free, and advance booking is required (subject to availability).
To launch the programme, the guided tour explores the work of the painter Judit Reigl (1923-2020) whose centenary is being celebrated this year. Then the second half of the programme will focus on a group exhibition about the target, curated by Philippe Dagen.
Book your tour for Saturday 25 March, 13 May, 3 & 10 June, from 3 to 4 pm.
